Thank you, Shiloh for naming what keeps me silent. What also keeps me silent, are the women closest to me who believe they are powerful and believe that what they have to say matters more than what I have to say. They speak in monologues making a case for their righteous point of view. When I speak, they interrupt me, talk over me, or abruptly end the conversation. So, I gave up, and then just listened. I became amazed at how important it was to them that I listened to them. Details I didn’t want to know about people and situations I didn’t want to know because they are stories of self-abuse and abuse of others with no interest in healing, forgiving, or trusting anything but themselves. I have asked them not to call me anymore, and suggested emails instead. I look forward to learn how to navigate this ongoing challenge, and as family gathering holidays are coming with winter.

Wow! What a potent observation!

I feel like you know what’s next for you. You have outgrown those relationships. Don’t settle back in. Open the door to what’s next.

Powerful! Words create worlds. I think of the Kabbalah and the chants for each path. My Reiki when I chant the mantras. Words are vibrational frequencies indeed that powerfully create and transform. I’m looking forward to joining you for this year long and beyond embodiment. Thank you 🙏
