Ah studio space. Currently Iā€™m fortunate to have two large and one small table to work at and a flat file to store art in with canvases on top, a roomy closet for supplies, water nearby and large windows. I have room for my daughter and granddaughter to do art with me. Iā€™m missing a comfy large chair in this space, but I have a door that gets closed sometimes. Itā€™s a good space, but Iā€™m greedy and always want a larger spaceā€¦ā€¦.Iā€™m happy and blessed to have this studio all for myself. cheers!

This is my first large room for just the journal and books....indeed size certainly matters !

Witnessing your dear Shiloh, relating as well. I too had to ā€œkeep it neatā€ on a cycle of creative chaos to ooo so tidy, it was exhausting and requires attentiveness. My new space is evolving more of a library/ journaling space, I love it, yet I still hold for yet another area for big messy painting that can also just stay that wayšŸŒ¹

I so hear you, Shiloh. My list at the moment is magical space & furniture so that I can paint any time, no matter what mood my joints & muscles are in! And - obviously - space for the big dogs to snore gently while Joan Baez serenades us all! (And imaginary pot throwing space, tooā€¦ might as well dream big!) šŸ§¶
