While icing my body, I listened to this, as I deal with the ‘compression’ of a nerve or nerves, beginning in my lumbar sacral region and cutting off circulation to my right leg, most likely in the femoral nerve, numbing my thigh, knee, shin and even the bottom of my foot. So, when you mentioned compression, Shiloh, it jumped out and shouted, pay attention, just like my body is demanding attention right now, since the end of June. I will listen again and do some journaling second time through. I will listen to your two hour program too on Monday, between doctor visits or at the end of the day. i love this tying together of the components of manifestation and creation- it is why i continue to listen to your voice, Shiloh, as well as my own, and why the painting has become so important, even as the Muse has her own timeframes that seem out of synch with the classes i have taken. Pushing that Rio Abajo Rio is fruitless, so i am learning to sit at its shore and wait, and then be amazed at what appears on the canvas. My heart is with yours as i continue to listen, create & share (albeit slowly) from here to where you are.
