Marten and I have Mystery Date, where I tell him we’re going on a Mystery Date and he doesn’t get to know what it is until we get there! We love Mystery Date! One time I took him out to the coast and we took a round trip old fashioned train ride from Rockaway Beach. Another time I took him to a rescued animal sanctuary where there were 15 tigers! ❤️

Such a strange happening tonight as I searched out ancestors and the little things I had from them. Tonight my cat Lily jumped on the couch beside me as my partner and I sat together there in our cafe time , talking. It's the first time she has ever jumped up on that couch when we were there as it is a little slippery and she felt insecure of her footing there. I was playing some Celtic harp music....Witch music to be exact :) and she seemed drawn to that and suddenly jumped up and climbed up in my lap and curled up there as she will do waiting for head scratches. We were surprised as it was so unusual for her to do that. Sometimes I sang along and she would make little comments on all of that but sat purring with eyes closed enjoying all of it for a long time.
I have many past life memories and they are very detailed and cause physical responses when ever I talk about them. This time I suddenly felt sure she had been with me before as part of a life I had lived in Scotland. I have very specific memories of my partner then, the scenario remembered and more but had never remembered a cat there. I grew more and more certain she had been part of that life as we sat there longer and she commented on the music. I could think of no particular reason why she would like Celtic music specifically but she seemed lulled by it. as though somehow it allowed us to share ancient memories of a past life together as we currently shared another life in this time and age. It was one more connection to past and ancestors far beyond remembered current family My knowing and intuition felt completely sure we had journeyed together before.
