Firstly I love hearing the bird calling towards the end, seems fitting to me. I have been untangling the pieces that had me feeling captive. Captive by the systems expectations or Pats old sleepy values that have not served me or how I want the world to be. Dusting myself off from the, “it's always been this way”, and “dulling down my shine” because the ego of others are not there. I am called the to motivate & inspire those who feel captive and may not under and why or that there is a way out. Cheers to kindness, for ourselves and those around us. We can only change how we are being and plant seeds to possibly inspire a ripple that invites shifting for others. ⭕💖🌱

Not being able to find my flow and feeling like I am a pinball just rolling in the direction if been slapped in. Sometimes hitting a high score other time propelled through a hole hitting.
