What is shared here is an invitation to pause and listen. To tune into what matters. To enjoy the beauty in the ordinary. To slow down and pay attention to the small things. A moment of peace. Except when I am disruptive, then it isn’t as peaceful but it sparks us to new awareness.

I am here to amuse, encourage inspire and at times, provoke. So if you subscribe you get access to my musings and super-duper special inviations to have tea with the Muse and me. Right now I publish a little something every one-three days, subject to the Muse. I am focusing on podcasts for now and mostly photos of the mundane and my paintings.

I am Shiloh Sophia, a painter, poet and the Curator for a global community of creatives called MUSEA - musea means many museums, but we translate that to many muses, all over the world! I love to write and speak to provide inspiration and encouragement. Sharing with you is part of my creative process…I truly and quite literally think of YOU when I press record. I tune into the sweetest deepest place I can to discover what I can offer. These are offerings from my heart in BIG LOVE.

I'm Shiloh Sophia. A bit of a misfit artist. I paint, I write stories and poetry. I challenge a lot of collective ideas and ideals and spend every morning having tea with my muse. I am also the curator for a musuem and university centering on the lives, art and stories of women. I am one of the founders of a lineage called Intentional Creativity, and it is my joy to create and share from my heart in the arena of the healing arts.

I have a lot street cred, but is isn't the usual stuff people care about. I have taught for ten years at university and phd level without having a degree. I have guided creative events at high level corporate gigs and can be found at farmer's markets hawking my hand-made wares. I have self-published over 8 books, which also means self-funded. I serve a community of 10,000 women on the regular. I lead sip-n-paint workshops at the local Mexican bar, and I lead courses that have over a 1,000 pepole. I teach how to lead circle and run your business with heart at the United Nations Commission on the Status of women and have private clients. We have several physical locations to greet our guests but we also have a private app (imusea) for creatives. See, not the usual stuff. And we have a gallery and a ranch where we grow food, make wine and medicine and host eccentric supper clubs. Maybe you will join us there?

Most days I can be found with my lover, our muses and our two cats, Frida and Diego having tea and discussing quantum mysticism, somatic science, trauma-informed art stuff and how to live in the US when we are free spirits.

My husband Jonathan and I and our two cats, Frida and Diego live in Northern California in Sonoma. We have a University Campus, Dorm, Farm and Vineyard here as well as a gallery on the Sonoma Plaza called Musette.

The Muse has her own opinion so I can’t make any promises - for now. She doesn’t see any reason to stay up to date…she speaks when she is ready.

The truth is I am dreaming my impossible dream. I mean, why not?
