What IS happening in the U.S.?

And my metaphoric and literal pilgrimage in Malta

This is the sacred Great Mother site in Malta that we visited today called Ta’Hagrat Temple on the left and then on the right, the walled city of Mdina in Malta.

Do you believe it's possible that America could be going through a slow and rather painful process of radicalization? Radicalization is when you pick a particular group and you perform a kind of psyop, a psychological operation where there's an agenda to create a different belief about a political, social, or religious context?

Do you think it's possible that we could be undergoing something like that right now? And the evidence for it is the... Well, there's lots, but in particular, the polarization around topics that are being presented by the media... And very specifically, our response to the assassination of Charlie Kirk is a, it's more than a wake up call. It's more like a wake up looking at who are we being and what Kool-Aid have we partaken of.

What toxic remedy are we ingesting that we don't know that we are that would cause us so vehemently to turn on one another? And to even think that those of us who have a “platform” have some social obligation to take a particular stand here or there.

There is a radicalization going on in many of our views. It may be subtle and it may not be so subtle, depending on the places that you're hanging out.

I want to pose a query for us to just for this moment in time to consider what if we are inside of an engineered operation by power-over structures that are seeking to colonize our hearts and our minds so that we are easier to control. That they're doing this through many different means including the kind of social media that is served across your feed and the way that you are being invited to polarize and have been for a long time.

But in particular, one particular curious polarization that you can punch a whole bunch of holes through, but still, is this idea of a Left and a Right. An idea of an Us versus Them.

The political rhetoric about Right and Left right now is like so bizarre because we are indeed one people and most people that I know, whether they consider themselves Left or or Right want similar things in their lives. They want care and they want safety but about topics that are currently raging, there are so many right? Even the gun conversation or how about the conversation about bring the hostages home and I want the war to end, that nuanced both/and thinking that says it's okay in 2020 for someone to be vaccinated and then it's okay for someone to choose not to it, doesn't mean the moral end of that person. I mean the way that we've been turning against each other is almost textbook bizarre.

I'm just inviting us to consider what if it's all being engineered what if we're falling for it? What if we're falling for one of the biggest psyops that has ever happened, a psychological operation that is designed to literally ensnare and control the minds of the people in America. I mean, it's not surprising based on our origins. It's not surprising based on how we've “raised up this nation”. It's hard to think of this nation ever being great when it was created with colonization, coercion, and capitalism, and the enslavement of other beings. Reparations have never actually been made.

How would we trust left or right? How would we divide against left or right? How would we believe these systems at all if these systems aren't even intelligent and heartful enough to make amends for who we've been and how we've accumulated our wealth.

Today I'm in the most amazing place. I'm on a pilgrimage in Malta And there were two sites, two historical sites that I visited today. One thousands of years more ancient than the other. One matriarchal, the other one patriarchal.

The matriarchal ancient temple of the Great Mother was composed of stones in round rooms, flower-like. Female body-like. Ta’Hagrat in Malta. Of course, it's considered a ruin. But you can feel it as you walk through those giant stone arches. And as you place your hands to the walls, you can listen. And you can hear things.

If you listen really closely, the stones will speak. That was where the day began. And I... asked myself what I was present to and I heard the words, I'm so tired. And I was like, huh? So tired. I was like, what are you tired of? Tired of needing the resistance. Tired of fighting the power structures. Tired of the circle places being destroyed and the structural places being built up, keeping people in, keeping people out. I heard some things like that. I'm not saying it was the spirit of the land or the goddess or anything like that. Sure, it's just my own consciousness speaking back to me when I ask a question, but it doesn't always work exactly like that.

Depending on where I am, different things happen. But then we went to the second site, MDina, a walled city that was built as a fortress because this place has been under occupation off and on, you know, for thousands of years. And this walled city, although gorgeous in its architectural shaping, these walls going up, up, up in these narrow, narrow streets, all different directions so that hordes of people on horses could never drive through ( or cars today). As I was walking in those quiet halls, I of course also saw that this is where one of the head of the Inquisitions lived. It was even a torture chamber.

It went from round goddess shapes to a walled city. There's so many things to enjoy from a beauty perspective. But I couldn't help but imagine that this is what we're doing with our minds and our hearts. We're walling in. We're walling in. We're keeping others out and keeping some in.

Instead of gathering in circles to sing songs like we did today with the incredible Jennifer Berazan. We're walling up. Today I'm inviting you not wall your heart.
