Dear Temple-Keepers!
This invitation to the imaginal is a part of our practice. I’m so excited to share embodied imagination with you! Consider this a warm-up for learning about visualizing, and feeling sensations in the imaginal.
The key to everything we’re doing is to activate the observer and just to notice what you’re experiencing at ever finer levels of awareness.
Preparation: If you could, please listen to 0, 1, 2, 3 transmissions before our opening call tomorrow I would appreciate that.
If you could begin your journal practice, that would be awesome even if you just start with a few minutes. Have you gotten your studio set up yet? Please share a photo of it in the app.
If possible, can you please bring your canvas to the opening zoom call tomorrow, we won’t be painting, but we will participating in anointing your canvas and opening the portal.
Those of you coming in person to Sonoma we will have our first in person meeting tomorrow at 3 PM. If you cannot attend the virtual opening due to travel, don’t worry about it we will have our opening in Circle together.
In this audio I invite you to begin thinking about your declaration of devotion to this journey. You could begin a draft, but we will continue it together on the call.
